After some more flooding and bad roads not the worst but they could use some love. We hit Ontario.
Lake Superior! That was quite exciting. To see a great lake. Never thought I would be doing that! What we could see of it was beautiful. It was snowing a ton so visibility was low. We never did get to see just how big it was.
Ahhh, the snow plow. One of at least 20 on our whole journey. Slow go behind one of these.
only a tiny sampling of the ice that encased our van. As soon as the water hit the van it would freeze. At times you couldn't open the doors cause it was so thick.
Our hotel in Thunder Bay. Cammeron trying to get into bed.
Skype-ing with parents. Trying not to lose my mind because the kids were getting crazy. The drive is easy. The kids are awesome while we are on the road. Its when we stop that things unwind. Jumping every where yelling, fighting. Ugh.
Looks sweet and innocent.... monkey child.
The hotel had a pool, so we took the kids down. not so much fun. There is no shallow anything. They were scared so not much actual swimming took place. And i forgot the camera so no pics. We pretty much just sat in the hot tub and talked to some other guests. Only to find out that the Journey is only going to get Longer because more snow was expected where we were headed the next day.
