Music and Plants

We have had quite a few adventures in the past week or so! Lots of Ducks this week! Starting with this family of duckies, fluffy little things!

We (Lisa and I) took our kids to the Fluvarium. Its a place to learn about water and fish and such. It was quite nice. The elevator was strange you had to hold the button the whole way down. It was interesting.  There is a couple windows in the basement so you can see the fish and how they live! Pretty neat.

Cammeron just enjoyed hitting her legs against the stairs. It made a really loud noise. We Had fun got to learn a bunch of cool stuff. Then walked back to Lisa's house in the rain. We did find a new park that looks like a ton of fun. But we didn't try it out that day.

Getting ready for Church, Landon looking good! Cammi with her goofy smiles and giggles!

Landon wanted his picture taken and Cammeron had just figured out how to put the hat on her head and would do a "cool pose"

Me, sick as can be. Trying not to go crazy trying to get better and take care of the kids.

Cammeron was playing with my phone, I made it so she could see herself and these are the faces she made!!

Playing nicely together. Deserved a picture. It doesn't happen often lately.

Working on her writing and making people cards. I didn't help her at all she brought it to me.

So proud of my "Little" Brother. This is from the magazine article he is in. So photogenic I am not surprised he got a big picture! Way to go Tim. He has moved to Kamloops to play football and go to school.

Packed the stroller up to go to the teddy bear picnic. It was a cold windy day. When has that stopped us? So off we went we brought our friends Amber and her son Issac with us. Yeah i guess it was cancelled because of how cold it was so no one was there. We still had a pretty good day, played at the park for a bit till we were freezing then went back to our place for hot chocolate and popcorn!

It was St.Johns day. I don't really know what that means. If its the cities day or the saints. Oh well. There were lots of activities going on. I read the schedule wrong so we went to Signal hill instead of water street. Lisa and Amber and their kids met us there.  I was really hoping to see a whale but no luck so far. It was too foggy that morning. We figured we would trek down to water street.  We heard some music coming from the harbour so went to see if where it was coming from and ended up going on a nice (and slightly rough and perhaps dangerous) walk down the side of Signal hill.

You have to look hard but in the first picture there is a yellow thing climbing the cliff. Upon a closer look we found it was a cat. Crazy Cat.

Stopping for a minute after we made it down a hill that wasn't meant for strollers.

Ducks. In the pond across from the Geo center. Quite friendly.

We started at the tower and by the afternoon we were on water street. Its nice to see how far you have come!

We found where the music had come from. I guess it was a rally. To save a marine rescue center or something like that. Mostly it was a anti Harper rally.Anyways.it had good music so we stayed for the last song. Landon didn't enjoy it much.

Just after this fun. The whole crowd just started singing all around us. I thinks it an Ode to Newfoundland. It was really a nice moment.

As we were leaving the stage area a lady came and asked if we wanted to paint a pot and then put a flower in it and put it somewhere in St.Johns

It was fun and nice to let them do some painting. I didn't say a word. They got to do it however they like.

After making our way thru the rest of the downtown we ended up going home. But we had to go up some extremely steep hills. Connecting 2 streets was a set of stairs. This guy came and helped us all carry the strollers up. So thank you random guy that was very kind!

Holding hands and Boxes

Our computer has been having issues. That is why its taken a while. We are up and running again and have a lot to update! The fog here is intense. It gets so thick you cant see across the street. Its been foggy a lot lately. Making it not so nice outside.

Maybe that's why Cammeron is taking crazy fits. 1 thing doesn't go her way and she slams herself onto the floor and screams at the top of her lungs. You can pick her up but she will just hit you. I try to make her laugh but she wont have it. Madison can sometimes stop her but for the most part she screams until i put her to bed.

We went with Steve to his office because we were going bowling that afternoon across the street from the office. The kids were a bit in the way so we ventured out in search of a park. Just down the street we found what is now been dubbed "The Slide Park" A spiral slide a double and a wavy one! and not much else!

I love the stairs. I don't worry so much when Cammeron climbs up. She Loves slides especially this one. The second one is my favorite!!

We did go bowling but my pictures didn't turn out very well. I am going to get pictures the other ladies took and post them in a couple of days.

After bowling it was past bedtime but a few minutes outside would help tire them out! Yes Cammi did eat this dandelion!

Yet another beautiful picture of Madison! Her curly hair!

The kids are really into playing doggies. Even Cammi gets in on it. They crawl around with their tongues hanging out! So cute.
It had been raining all morning so the minute the sun came out we went out!

Madison desperately wants to find a 4 leaf clover. She must have brought me 20 of them to count.

I figure there has to be one with how many we have.

Finally Clever Madison brought me a clover with 4 leafs! Only 3 that were actually attached but...

The minute you step out of the house the air smells so sweet. I haven't quite pin pointed what it is. I am positive those little white flowers have something to do with it.

You find snails in all sorts of crazy places. This one is pretty cool.

Heading to the park I thought i knew the way... yeah not quite. We did find if eventually but first had to find a way down massive hills.  its not often that they will all hold hands oh how sweet it is!!

Headed over to Lisa's house for yummy lunch and fun with boxes! Our lovely fort! Didn't last very long but proof that it once stood!

We played and played. Lindsey was a good sport and stayed in the boat for as long as was needed!
